Ecco il comunicato odierno:
“L’Autorità per le Garanzie nelle Comunicazioni ha convocato oggi presso la propria sede la società Bip Mobile, unitamente alle società Telogic Italy ed H3G Italia, per valutare la situazione determinatasi a seguito della cessazione operata da Telogic dei servizi nei confronti di Bip Mobile e, conseguentemente, della sospensione del servizio offerto da quest’ultima ai propri clienti, nonché per individuare le misure da adottare a tutela della clientela di Bip Mobile.
A proposito del distacco dei servizi di Telogic, l’Autorità – com’è noto – era intervenuta fin dal mese di luglio con una serie di provvedimenti volti da un lato ad assicurare la continuità del servizio offerto da Telogic, dall’altro a consentire a tutti gli operatori ad essa connessi (tra i quali Bip Mobile) una tempestiva informazione della propria clientela sul possibile distacco dei servizi, qualora l’operatore connesso non avesse provveduto a saldare i propri debiti.
Nella riunione odierna, l’Autorità, preso atto delle informazioni fornite, in particolare dalla stessa Bip Mobile e Telogic, ha chiesto di garantire a tutti i clienti la possibilità di cambiare operatore mantenendo il proprio numero, secondo le procedure in vigore in materia di portabilità (MNP), ed aumentando ad un numero adeguato la quota di MNP giornaliera.
L’Autorità, auspicando ed operando per la ripresa delle trattative tra le parti ai fini di un’immediata riattivazione del servizio alla clientela ha dato tempo agli operatori coinvolti fino alle 12.00 di domani per comunicare l’esito delle ulteriori verifiche tecniche e giuridiche per la ripresa del servizio e per garantire, fatto salvo il mantenimento del credito prepagato residuo, il soddisfacimento di tutte le richieste di portabilità nel minor tempo possibile. Ciò ai fini di ogni ulteriore opportuna determinazione da parte dell’Autorità, attualmente in fase avanzata di studio”.
