{"id":1317,"date":"2012-05-18T14:36:03","date_gmt":"2012-05-18T12:36:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alongo.it\/?p=1317"},"modified":"2012-05-18T14:36:03","modified_gmt":"2012-05-18T12:36:03","slug":"le-bugie-aziendali-sui-social-network","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alongo.it\/?p=1317","title":{"rendered":"Le bugie aziendali sui social network"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ho fatto un&#8217;inchiesta, sull&#8217;espresso, sulle aziende che inquinano i social media con commenti fasulli e prezzolati.<\/p>\n<p>Proprio in questi giorni <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zeusnews.it\/index.php3?ar=stampa&amp;cod=17538\">\u00e8 emerso al pubblico <\/a>il fenomeno- noto agli addetti ai lavori- dei fan e dei follower Facebook\/Twitter comprati un tanto al chilo.<\/p>\n<p>Che succede, i social media sono inaffidabili perch\u00e9 finiti nelle mire pubblicitarie delle aziende? In realt\u00e0 il problema \u00e8 pi\u00f9 complesso di cos\u00ec. Le caratteristiche aperte dei nuovi media abilitano le distorsioni, vero. Ma in questa stessa apertura c&#8217;\u00e8 la fonte della soluzione. Potenzialmente.<\/p>\n<p>Sarebbe sbagliato anche giungere alla conclusione che i social network si &#8220;auto-riparino&#8221; espellendo i commenti fasulli (visione ottimistica della tecnologia). Credo invece che la soluzione passi da una consapevolezza e da una responsabilizzazione collettiva.<\/p>\n<p>Cito qui quello che mi ha detto Giovanni Boccia Artieri, docente di Sociologia dei new media all\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Urbino.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abStiamo passando dalla fase in cui prendevamo come disinteressati tutti i commenti e i giudizi degli utenti internet a quella in cui dovremo invece imparare a filtrarli e analizzarli\u00bb,<\/p>\n<p>\u00abPrima di credere e, soprattutto, rilanciare un messaggio letto sul web dovremo fare ricerche incrociate, sull\u2019autore e sui contenuti.
