Questa volta Telecom dice parole sacrosante, nell’accusare Vodafone di poca trasparenza nella pubblicità del servizio numero fisso.
Vodafone fa credere che il servizio Vodafone Casa dotato di numero di rete fissa sia un analogo della rete fissa Pstn. Ma così non è. Ci sono limiti: ne ho scritto, per primo, su Nova24. A volte non vorrei avere questi primati, perché mi rendo conto che le grandi aziende italiane hitech non sono abituate a una stampa critica e quindi contro i pochi che parlano chiaro(soprattutto se non sono grandi giornalisti in redazione) poi fanno muro
Telecom scrive
- Non esiste infatti alcun collegamento fisico – come il doppino telefonico – dedicato esclusivamente alla fornitura del servizio;
- il servizio viene fornito invece utilizzando le frequenze radio della rete mobile che non essendo assegnabile in una logica dedicata ad uso esclusivo di ciascun cliente comporta un abbassamento dei livelli di qualità e disponibilità del servizio stesso”.
Il cliente dovrebbe quindi essere correttamente informato che aderendo al servizio in questione verrebbe a perdere tutta una serie di prestazioni/tutele di cui poteva fruire tramite il servizio telefonico su rete fissa, ed in particolare:
- possibilità di effettuare chiamate dal proprio numero fisso;
- possibilità di accedere in maniera ininterrotta ai servizi d’emergenza;
- possibilità di essere localizzato in caso di chiamate d’emergenza;
- possibilità di utilizzare il numero fisso per servizi dati e fax”.
Certo, ciò non implica che- come vorrebbe Telecom- a VOdafone sia proibito lanciare il servizio. Solo, un po’ più di trasparenza non guasterebbe, almeno sul sito.

vero, poi però telecom mi sembra faccia la pubblicità dell’offerta “zero-zero” con la signora che dice: “…chiamiamo i fissi ed i cellulari a costo 0″ (o una roba del genere); la scritta sotto, che sparisce rapidamente, credo puntualizzi (“credo” perchè è sparita subito e non sono riuscito a leggerla) che i limiti sono 1000 minuti al mese per i fissi e 100 per i cellulari, e che l’offerta vale solo su cellulari tim… insomma sono un po’ tutti “opachi”: non mi vengano a dire che mettere una scrittina in basso a caratteri minuscoli su una tv bassa definizione per pochi istanti sia informare correttamente il cliente delle condizioni!
quali sarebbero i “servizi di emergenza”? Anche il cello può essere localizzato, sia pure con meno precisione del fisso. I fax possono essere spediti anche col cello, sia pure a costi molto superiori.
L’unica accusa fondata mi pare l’impossibilità di conoscere l’estensione di questa fantomatica “home area” e di conseguenza i costi.

riguardo a zero/zero, io ho freezato l’immagine per commentarlo con mia moglie (grande il PVR, consiglio uno nuovo per DTT che sta per lanciare ADB, credo a 250 Eur)..
e’ fatto veramente bene perche’ quando Rubini dice “cosi’ poco ?” sotto c’e’ scritto 0 euro e la scena e’ fissa, dando modo di leggere sotto.
poi la scena cambia ripetutamente distraendo l’attenzione dalle scritte sotto in cui si dice dello scatto alla risposta che, se non ricordo male, nella pubblicità dice che puo’ arrivare a 47centesimi mentre sul sito dice che puo’ arrivare a 90centesimi!!!!! (il servizio, poi, costa 10 euro al mese, ma davanti a 90 centesimi di costo per setup di chiamata verso il mobile, 10 euro sono regalati…)

Tra l’altro i seguenti:
– che differenza c’è tra l’effettuare chiamate da numero fisso o da numero mobile?
– la rete Vodafone consente l’uso della rete GSM per effettuare (e ricevere?) chiamate dati e fax.
– i servizi di emergenza non sono in grado di localizzare un telefonino?!?!?
Per dati e fax sono d’accordo ma per i servizi di emergenza ho i miei dubbi, non dovrebbero esserci differenze.
E’ certo che non corrisponde fisicamente ad un numero fisso, se lo fosse probabilmente il ricorso di Telecom Italia che contesta a Vodafone di operare come fisso avrebbe molte possibilità di spuntarla perché praticamente cadrebbe, date le dimensioni di Vodafone, la distinzione tra operatori dominanti nel fisso e nel mobile e, in pratica, molti obblighi e limiti posti in capo a Telecom Italia per par condicio dovrebbero essere rimossi o estesi a Vodafone.
Non si tratta di numeri fissi a tutti gli effetti, quelli di Vodafone lo dichiareranno in tutte le sedi se non vogliono essere bloccati da Telecom Italia ma, allora, Telecom Italia li obbligherà a dichiararlo a chiare lettere nella pubblicità.

Bloccata anche la relativa pubblicita’. Il Tribunale, accogliendo un ricorso di Telecom Italia, ‘inibisce -si legge nella sentenza- a Vodafone la commercializzazione e prevendita del servizio, nella parte in cui viene offerta anche la portabilita’ del numero dalla rete fissa Telecom sulla rete mobile Vodafone, in quanto costituente illecito concorrenziale’.

La vicenda Telecom/Vodafone si risolverà molto presto con la logica vittoria di quest’ultima. Forse non è chiaro che Telecom ha il monopolio delle comunicazioni fisse e l’autority sulla concorrenza non può che dar ragione a chiunque proponga un’alternativa. Mi meraviglio dell’intestatario di questo sito che si spaccia per GURU della tecnologia dove nel 2006 (ora 2007) tutto viaggia indistintamente via cavo o etere e quello che elenca è pura ignoranza. I costi possono essere differenti (in su o in giù) o possono rimanere uguali sia nell’una o nell’altra tecnologia, dipende dal gestore. Di pubblicità ingannevole ne siamo pieni ma questo non toglie ne il coraggio ne la serietà del servizio proposto da Vodafone. Ora era che qualcuno proponesse questo e logicamente si va a scontrare con interessi mastodontici di pochi (e potenti). Ma avete mai guardato la bolletta del telefono di casa? quanto vi costa il solo fatto di possederlo? E poi se dovete trasferirlo…..
Se non vi fossero le alternative sul cellulare (introdotte in Italia da Vodafone nel 95 e seguite da altri) ora sareste in giro ancora con gli ETACS, un canone di 80.000 lire al mese e telefonate a 1.000 lire al minuto. Quello che succede con il telefono fisso in pratica. Ben venga chi propone alternative.

è vero che c’è un canone mensile ma è di 20 euro ogni due mesi mentre quello telecom è intorno alle 40 euro al Bimestre!!

Io ho un cellulare vodafone. Mi sono trasferito, ora dove abito il segnale vodafone e` debole. Spesso le comunicazioni cadono. Se dovessi mai chiamare il 118, con il mio cellulare…
La direttiva Europea 2002/22/CE (art.26), ripreso dal DL 259/2003 (art.76), impone la localizzazione sia da telefono fisso che da telefono mobile, il fatto che in Italia non siano disponibili (entrambe perchè il 90% delle attuali centrali operative 112, 113, 115, 118 non localizza alcuna chiamata) è stato formalmente condannato dalla UE, tanto che ora l’Italia ha un procedimento di fronte alla Corte di Giustizia Europea.
Inoltre il segnale che cade effettuando una chiamata di emergenza è un problema solo italiano, il numero di emergenza corretto da chiamare è il 112 per tutte le emergenze, nel caso il vostro operatore non sia in grado di assicurare il segnale, la chiamata va in roaming automatico con un altro operatore italiano senza alcuna limitazione. I Carabinieri sono tenuti obbligatoriamente a trasferire la chiamata al servizio di emergenza richiesto! Tutte le chiamate sono di norma registrate e, in caso di controversie, richiedibili tramite esposto alla magistratura. Saluti.
ciao a tutti, concordo pienamente con le parole espresse da massimo, e aggiungo di far memoria e tornare indietro di circa 13 anni, quando sul mercato della telefonia mobile esisteva soltanto la vecchia sip, poi telecom italia mobile per i cellulari, vi dicono niente 200 lire di scatto alla risposta e 2000 lire al minuto????e come pensate che siamo riusciti oggi ad arrivare a poter chiamare tutti anche a 12 cent senza scatto, grazie al monopolio????vorrei aggiungere un’altra evidente disfatta di noi italiani rispetto a tutti gli europei, vodafone il servizio vodafone casa consumer e inoffice corporate gia lo ha ha portato in diversi paesi, e perche noi no???forse abbiamo rotto vodafone ha rotto le scatole a qualcuno di così grande e tutelato un pò da tutti????

Mi pare strano che nessuno abbia centrato Il vero business di vodafone: quando tu chiami da rete fissa un nunero di vodafone casa tu credi di pagare la tariffa che hai chiamando un fisso e invece chiami un cellulare con la relativa tariffa pagata a vodafone medesima
non è assolutamente vero!! Io sul mio cellulare ho un numero fisso (non c’entra vodafone), se tu mi chiami da casa, paghi la tariffa urbana, non c’entra nulla che io quel numero lo porto sul cellulare. Mai sentito parlare di VOIP?

non e’ molto chiaro cmq se tu chiami da rete fissa un numero vodafone fisso paghi come da tuo operatore fisso come se fosse un vero e proprio numero fisso…

Interessante pagare tanto per dei servizi apparentemente PTSN quando di questa vecchia e costosa rete ormai c’è rimasto solo l’ultimo miglio.
Pensate davvero che quando chiamate un fisso da un numero fisso la comunicazione sia tutta su rete analogica? Suvvia, siamo seri. Noi la paghiamo come tale dall’inizio alla fine, ma in realtà in mezzo ci sono gateway da e per le reti GSM (meno costose per i carrier), e scommetto che ci infilano anche un po’ di VOIP nel percorso, giusto per far risparmiare loro ancora un po’ e fregare noi utenti doppiamente…
Ricordo un servizio andato in onda su Report qualche mese fa che parlava proprio di questa cosa.
Morale della favola? Vodafone fa bene a tener viva la concorrenza proponendo dei servizi innovativi (in modo più o meno ingannevole lo decide il Garante)… Ma nessuno fa niente per niente: la fregatura è sempre lì dietro l’angolo.
Quindi occhi aperti, orecchie dritte e chiappe strette!
Anche la telecom ci infila qualche voip, ma a me che me frega scusa? loro risparmiano, risparmiamo anche noi!! Non capisco dove stà la fregatura?

Scusate, ma questo e’ incorretto, il numero fisso rimane lo stesso ed e’ possibile effettuare chiamate, quanto alla trasparenza, sono perfettamente d’accordo, lavoro in Vodafone da un mesetto e mi hanno proprio formato in tal senso… massima trasparenza sui punti enunciati nel vostro post ed in altri.

IN BUONA SOSTANZA DA DICEMBRE 2007 A GIUGNO 2008 HO SEMPRE PAGATO IL CANONE MENSILE FISSO SENZA AVERE LA POSSIBILITA’ DI USUFRUIRE DI UN SERVIZIO ININTERROTTO. DOPO UNA SERIE INTERMINABILE DI RECLAMI AL 119, SOLO A MARZO MI E’ STATO FINALMENTE ATTIVATO IL NUMERO FISSO SU CELLULARE (CHE HO DOVUTO COMPRARE APPOSITAMENTE CON BEN SPECIFICHE CARATTERISTICHE). DA MARZO AD OGGI O LA LINEA NON ERA DISPONIBILE (QUINDI CHI MI CHIAMAVA TROVAVA LA SEGRETERIA TELEFONICA) O IO NON RIUSCIVO A TELEFONARE. NATURALMENTE E “COMBINAZIONE” PERLOPIU’ QUESTO E’ ACCADUTO NEI FINE SETTIMANA QUANDO IO UTILIZZAVO MAGGIORMENTE IL TELEFONO.
NON CADETE NELLA TRAPPOLA “TIM CASA”, ANCHE SE DIFATTO TIM STA RITIRANDO QUESTA OFFERTA COSTRINGENDO GLI UTENTI COME ME A DISDIRE VOLONTARIAMENTE IL CONTRATTO SENZA NEMMENO UN RIMBORSO PER I DANNI CHE MI SONO STATI ARRECATI.
ho da poco ottenuto il passaggio a vodafone casa e aimè non posso più ricevere ed inviare fax e siccome no ero stato avvisato di questo come posso risolvere il problema? Tenuto conto che tutti i miei clienti mi contattano via fax al vecchio nr. telecom come devo comportarmi?. Posso secondo voi ritornare in telecom? e a quale prezzo ?

scusate, volevo solo sapere se con vodafon casa è possibile navigare e scaricare di tutto senza avere dei vincoli come ad esempio scaricare film ,musica ecc.. ecc.. con telecom è possibile,e con vodafon?non è che poi ti chiudono determinate cnnessioni?

Dal momento che non so più a chi rivolgermi per risolvere il mio problema, tento anche questa via… Ho parlato svariate volte con il vostro numero verde 800121800, e con il 190, ma senza risultati.
Ecco la mia odissea:
Un bel giorno, ai primi di ottobre 2008, vengo contattata dal un vostro addetto commerciale che mi offre il vostro nuovo prodotto Vodafone casa, telefono+internet. Ci sentiamo un paio di volte perché voglio informarmi con calma sul prodotto. Mi ritelefona, come da accordi, il vostro addetto commerciale Fulvio e facciamo il pre-contratto telefonico. Il signore in questione però mi ASSICURA che nulla procederà prima che io riceva il contratto CARTACEO a casa, da firmare e restituire. Mi ha anche detto che avrei ricevuto, al termine della nostra telefonata, conferma via sms o email del precontratto. Mai ricevuto nessuna conferma. Abbiamo anche concordato l’indirizzo di consegna della Vodafone Station, diverso dal mio indirizzo di casa. Mai ricevuta la Station.
L’unica cosa che la Vodafone si è premurata di fare è far disattivare la mia connessione internet con Alice, il giorno 15/10/08 e dal quel giorno non ho più la connessione. Ecco, da allora, quanto è accaduto.
16/10/08 – Chiamo la Telecom per sapere come mai non riesco a collegarmi da 2 giorni. Mi informano che la Vodafone ha chiesta il distacco della mia connessione internet.
16/10/08 – Chiamo la Vodafone (riuscire a parlare con le persone giuste, in se, è stata un’odissea a parte. Avrò fatto almeno 8 telefonate e ascoltato tutti i dischi che avete mai registrato). Decido subito di annullare la richiesta di passaggio da Telecom a voi, già avendo capito l’antifona. Ho quindi chiesto la sospensione del trasferimento, che l’operatore mi conferma EFFETTIVA dalla data della mia telefonata. Invio anche la raccomandata a/r, come richiesto. Nulla mi viene detto sui tempi di “restituzione” della mia linea internet.
16/10/08 – Richiamo la Telecom pregandoli di riconnettermi e sono loro a spiegarmi che ci vorranno 30 giorni perché tanti se ne prende la Vodafone per liberarmi la linea. E’ sempre la Telecom che, gentilmente, mi fornisce il code di migrazione che la Vodafone non mi ha mai fornito.
A questo punto, spero che la cosa si risolva prima dei 30 gg. “minacciati”…
06/11/08 – Passati ormai 20 giorni, contatto il numero 800121800 per sapere a che punto è la mia pratica e, dopo molte insistenze, l’operatore mi dice che vede nella mia scheda che la mia linea mi verrà restituita/liberata il 08/11.
09/11 – La linea è ancora occupata dalla Vodafone, come mi conferma il numero verde 800578722 della Telecom Contatto sempre il vostro numero verde 800121800, ormai piuttosto arrabbiata e, sempre con molta insistenza da parte mia, il vostro operatore Giuliano mi mette in attesa per ca. 10 minuti e poi mi dice di aver parlato con un responsabile. Mi informa che effettivamente il responsabile ritiene ci sia stato un increscioso disguido nel mio caso e che “garantisce” che la mia linea sarà liberata il 10/11.
11/11, ore 08:30 – La linea è ancora occupata dalla Vodafone, come mi conferma il n. verde 800578722. Richiamo il vostro numero verde, ormai molto più che arrabbiata.
Inizialmente, la signorina insiste che dovrò attendere 30 gg. per la liberazione dalla linea DALLA DATA DI RICEVIMENTO DELLA RACCOMANDATA. ovvero il 22/10/08! Dopo molte insistenze e proteste da parte mia, mi mette in attesa e poi mi dice di aver parlato con un vostro responsabile. Mi conferma che faranno di tutto per risolvere il mio problema il più rapidamente possibile.
11/11, ore 17:03 -
Ricevo un SMS sul cellulare con il messaggio “Gentile Cliente, la gestione della sua segnalazione n. 707091928 è in corso. Riceverà un nostro contatto non appena ultimata”. Alle 17:30 mi chiama una vostra responsabile, senza specificare il nome, scusandosi per i disguidi subiti e comunicandomo che LA LINEA E’ LIBERA. Mi da anche un numero di pratica: 707091928. La ringrazio profusamente per l’interessamento molto felice di riavvere la linea libera e di poter tornare finalmente in connessione con il mio operatore precedente.
12/11, ore 08:00 – La linea è ancora occupata dalla Vodafone, come mi conferma il solito n. verde 800578722. Chiamo di nuovo l’800121800 e questa volta mi infomano che dovrò attendere 30 gg. dalla data di ricevimento della raccomandata. Inoltre, mi viene detto che non c’è alcuna traccia nella mia scheda nè del numero di pratica comunicato l’11/11 e neppure della telefonata ricevuta il pomeriggio precedente dalla vostra misteriosa responsabile. In più, la signorina mi dice che in realtà loro non si occupano affatto di questi casi e di chiamare il 190.
12/11, ore 08:15 – Chiamo il 190 e trovo una persona molto maleducata, che mi chiama “arrogante” (un vero paradosso considerando che ancora non ho capito A CHE TITOLO la Vodafone da un mese mi priva di un servizio senza il mio consenso – altro che arroganza…) e che “non capisco” ciò che mi sta dicendo, ovvero “che dovrò attendere 30 gg. dalla data di ricevimento della raccomandata e SOLO DA QUELLA DATA PARTIRA’ LA PRATICA DI LIBERAZIONE DELLA LINEA”!!
14/11 – Chiamo di nuovo il numero 800121800 e questa volta, sempre dietro mia insistenza di una verifica più approfondita, che la linea è stata liberata l’11/11 ma che in effetti risulta ancora occupata dalla Vodafone. L’operatrice mi mette in attesa e poi mi dice di aver parlato con un tecnico il quale le conferma che la mia linea non è libera, che non sa spiegarsi come mai e che non siete in grado di risolvere il problema. La signorina mi dice che la Vodafone ha fatto il possible ma di fatto, la linea non si libera e che loro non sanno più cosa fare e quindi la pratica viene chiusa. La mia linea ADSL, da me pagata, non potrà essere ripristinata e questo è quanto.
La Telecom mi dice che l’unico modo per riavere la connessione ADSL è disdire il mio vecchio numero di telefono e fare richiesta di una nuova linea, tutto a mie spese secondo le tariffe in vigore.
Sono davvero delusa dal comportamente di un’azienda di cui, fino a questo incubo, decantavo a tutti per l’ottimo servizio di cellulare e un Customer Care eccezionale.
Ho già contattato Altroconsumo, al quale ho delegato di agire per mio conto nei confronti della Vodafone, e la Polizia Postale al quale sporgerà quanto prima denuncia formale.
Ho intenzione di pubblicare copie di questa mia su tutti i blog su internet (e sono davvero tanti) che parlano del disastro Vodafone casa.

Mi confermi proprio che non c’è da fidarsi di nessuno in tema di telefonia. Anche io ho ricevuto una visita dedicata da parte di un operatore Vodafone… e stavo per aderire a Vodafone Casa. Però poi mi ha insospettito il fatto che dal giorno successivo, di fronte ad alcune mie verifiche e domande, lo stesso operatore non si è più rifatto sentire… un po’ come se vai da un negoziante che ti assicura assistenza personale su un prodotto e poi… sparisce!

credo che cm in tute le cose c’è a chi va bene a chi va male. a me è andata bene, premetto che non ero sicura di volerlo fare, ma sapete cosa mi ha convinto?? un’agenzia di di Bolzano che non solo ti fornisce di tutta la documentazione necessaria ma ti segue passo per passo . confermo che parlare con un operatore del 190 è qualcosa di impossibile però lorò ci hanno lasciato un numero di rete fissa al quale possiamo rivolgerci per qualsiasi cosa e fin’ora si sono dimostrati più che efficenti. con quello che si legge oggi sui gionali ( studentesse che si spoglia in internet per pagarsi gli studi ecc ecc) credo che il lavoro in callcenter sia un lavoro dignitoso finquando non si trascende nella meschinità (truffare) , ribadisco che nella vita una cosa può andarebene come andare male, non perchè in alcuni callcenter gli operatori lavorano male significa che tutti lavorano male. io personalmente sono stata contattata da uno di essi per farmi venire un agente in casa che ad oggi ( passati 4 mesi dall’attivazione ) si dimostra sempre disponibile e attento alle mie esigenze e quelle di altre persone che, come ma, hanno l’intelligenza di fidarsi con criterio delle persone. Mia nipote voleva usufruire del servizio vofafone ma sempre questa agernzia gliel’ha sconsigliato perchè lei scarica film e musica, alchè le hanno consigliato fastweb ( compagnia con la quale io ho avuto un sacco di problemi) lei titubante ha accettato, con la consapevolezza di avere questa struttura bolzanina alle spalle pronta ad aiutarla per qualsiasi evenienza.
ragazzi ho richiesto una nuova linea vodafone casa e poi ho letto il blog… che faccio?

è vero vodafon offre un servizio telefonico fisso con qualità molto limitate sia in entrata dati che in qualità audio in trasmissione vocale, perchè ho potuto accetare a mie spese che il sevizio di telefonia fissa è derivato dalla linea dati (ADSL) che viene comunque gestita da telecom con i suoi impianti e cavi. Il sistema in pratica funziona così: Utente telecom, tu vuoi tradirmi? allora io ti sopprimo la linea telefonica che il nuovo gestore, millantando le sue potenzialità, provvede a sopperire con una linea dati adattata per trasmissione vocale. E’ inutile dire che se un utente ha un sistema interno di telefonia distribuito nei vani, esso non funzionerà più se non si istalla il ruter sulla linea primaria. la cosa più spiacevole è che il malcapitato volesse attivare la clausola di recesso e tornare a Telecom dovrà subire interminabili disservizi per poter recuperare il numero di telefono. è più facile chiedere un nuovo allaccio con un nuovo numero(a pagamento però!). a proposito sapete come si fa ad ottenere un numero telecon senza canone? con lostesso criterio di Vodafon: la linea vocale sarà derivata dalla linea dati ovvero funzionerà solo sel il ruter di alice rimane acceso ma se dovesse mancare orrente….Tutti muti! è proprio il caso di dire: dalla padella nella brace! ci rimetteremo sempre noi. ma il Garante del consumatore non si è mai accorto di nulla? salve,questa mattina ho ricevuto una chiamata da un’operatrice vodafone la quale mi ha proposto il servizio vosafone casa, internet illimitato e tel fisso tutto a 29Euro al mese senza canone telecom,mi ha anche detto che nn rimarrei nemeno un giorno senza adsl e che verrebbe un tecnico a casa mia per configurare modem ecc, le ho detto di richiamare tra 15 giorni che avrei preso informazioni ma ora leggendo le varie avventure/disavventure sono molto titubante cosa consigliate? certo l’offerta è alletante ma…..grazie delle vostre risposte

Ho finito di passare un anno con tele2.
E’ stato terribile, il telefono non funzionava mai
ho fatto sei mesi che non potevo scaricare niente,tutto mi era bloccato
la velocità era sempre sotto il mega la conessione saltava in continuazione.
Ora sto per passare a vodafone casa SPERIAMO BENE.

Sono cliente Vodafone con tutti i cellulari di famiglia e aziendali, in più uso Vodafone Key dal mese di agosto del 2008, onestamente devo dire che il servizio è accettabile.Come rete fissa usavo Telecom con un contratto ISDN con doppio numero per gestire il Fax in automatico e tenevo un indirizzo di posta elettreonica tin.it. Alla fine di febbraio fui contattato dalla Vodafone, che mi offriva Vodafone casa senza limiti al costo di € 15.00 al mese con il mio numero Telecom e lapossibilità di collegare la mia linea interna alla basetta che mi davano in modo da gestire le telefonate in tutte le camere e il Fax.
A queste condizioni accettai l’offerta.
Venne a casa all’inizio di marzo un addetto Vodafone per stipulare il contratto, chiesi prima di firmare la se era possibile un numero aggiuntivo per il Fax, mi fu detto che la cosa non si poteva fare e che potevo gestire il fax normalmente sull’unico numero smistando la chiamata, oppure con un programmino sul PC.
Mi fu detto che dopo una diecina di giorni mi sarebbe arrivata una comunicazione per rtirare la basetta a cnt Vodafone iù vicino, nel contempo potevo usare ancora il vecho numero Telecom.
Firmai il contratto pensando di aver fatto cosa giusta e utile.
dopo una diecina di giorni mi accorgo che non riesco più a scaricare la posta elettronica ma la posso leggere solo tramite Virgilio.
Chiamo al 190 dopo un poia di contatti senza spiegazioni, o spiegazioni confuse, si fanno dare il mio numero di cellulare per farmi contattare da un tecnico capace; ancora sto aspettando.
Verso la terza decade di marzo arriva la basetta e la collego, scopro che ancora funziona il mio vecchio numero Telecom con la linea telecom, con pazienza aspetto che mi venga tolto il collegamento.
Nel frattempo mi arriva la bolletta Telecom con l’anticipo mese di Aprile e Maggio.
Alla fine del mese di marzo la Telecom mi isola la linea e finalmente passo a Vodafone.
Allora collego gli apparecchi interni alla basetta e mi accorgo che il Fax non trasmette e non riceve.
Decido di attivare un nuovo indirizzo Mail con Vodafone ma il sito è momentaneamente non funzionale.
Faccio diverse telefonate al 190 dove mi danno spiegazione le più svariate a secondo dell’operatore che mi risponde, fra queste però devo dire che c’è stato un operatore che è stato chiaro subito, dicendomi tutta la verità.
” Il servzio fax non può essere gestito da Vodafone casa senza limiti e che la mail attualmente ci sono dei POP che non funzionano”.
Rammaricato e demoralizzato ho fatto il mio esame di coscienza e ho pensato che nel 2009 dovrò tornare ai piccioni viaggiatori.
Traendo comunque le conclusioni credo che si può essere leggermente più chiari quando si fanno delle offerte e non ingannare chi in buona fede pensa che ha a che fare con aziende serie.
Tanto era dovuto per far sapere anche agli altri.

se chiamo da un telefono fisso telecom con l opzione alice casa verso un fisso vodafon casa pago 0 euro come i fissi telecom? o mi viene addebitata una tariffa come i celluleri?
Ciao sono Franco da Ravenna ho un contratto con telecom ma la cosa che non mi va giù è il …… canone. Tutti i giorni si è contattati da vari operatori che offrono sempre grandi cose, a volte sembra veramente che ci siano delle offerte strepitose ma poi quando si va a guardare bene sorgono i dubbi. E allora mi chiedo quale sia la strada migliore. Alcuni mesi fa mi sono trovato per un reclamo di tutt’altro genere , in una associazzione di consumatori e anche in quell’occasione ho trovato alcune persone che o con un gestore o con un altro, comunque erano rimasti un pò incastrati. C’è qualcuno che può consigliarmi come fare a liberarmi di questo “Benedetto canone” pur restando con un buon servizio? grazie per gli eventuali consigli.

ciao a tutti vi dico solo che da quasi otto mesi pago 2 bollette una telecom e una vodafon si scaricano la colpa a vicenda solo qualche giorno fa mi e’ stato detto da chi e’ competente che la vodafon non funziona senza la telecom e si attacca a quest’ultima……quindi anzicche’ risparmiare pago il triplo e non posso lasciare il contratto vodafon se no’ avro’ una penale da pagare……pure….

salve a tutti mi presento: sono un ex agente della vodafone, ex perchè in tutta onesta mi sentivo davvero male stipulare contratti a persone in buona fede e poi accorgermi dei limiti che ha la vodafone station. mi sono davvero sentito sfruttato e appena mi sn accorto che le cose non sono come fanno credere (avendo la station a casa mia) me ne sono andato. è davvero triste come al mondo prendono in giro le persone. e devo dire anche noi dipendenti. ho preferito cambiare lavoro guadagnare meno ( come agente guadagnavo 2 3 mila euro al mese) ma mi sono fatto dei nemici e gente che conosco si sono fidati di me e io mi fidavo della vodafone!!!!!!!! maledizione sono davvero triste per queste prese in giro! rimanete in telecom, al massimo infostrada ( lavora con lo stesso sistema telecom e im + nn paghi il canone , poi tutti possono avere problemi con gli operatori) : la vodafone vuole numeri vuole mercato, vuole tanti clienti ma pensa solo alla grana e non a garantire la tranquillita e la serenita delle persone che si fidano del servizio! chi ha dubbi ve li tolgo subito io. nn fidatevi di chi vi fa credere mare e monti. non fidatevi di agenti come me che ingannavano le persone ( anche se purtroppo ne ero consapevole in parte). ora mi sento piu libero, meglio con me stesso andandomene via. chi si lamenta chi ha dubbi rimanga dov è assolutamente! se uno vuole tutti i servizi che offre telecom allora rimanga dov è!!! per concludere le compagnie telefoniche sono tutte delle ladrate davvero tutte!!! spero di esservi stato di aiuto. grazie dell ascolto.
Salve, io ho attivato Vodafone casa 5 €.mese dal 15/09, ad esser sincera finora l’unica cosa che non va è che effettivamente essendo che le linee extra cavo a casa mia non sempre funzionano bene, a volte parte segreteria vodafone prima che io riesca a rispondere, con chiusura della comunicazione di chi sta chiamando. Del resto pagare 16 €. di canone Telecom x mese, ovvero, solo per ricevere bene sempre mi aveva stufato. Certo che non ho considerato costo luce/enel vodafone station, anche se spero non consumi così tanto! per il resto dei servizi non uso fax, telefono poco,quasi niente e Adsl non raggiunge casa mia per cui navigo con internet key della 3, che per mie necessità è quella che ha contratti migliori e comunque è l’unica che conteggia per secondi/minuti e non per sessioni. Vodafone ladra? probabilmente si ma non sono sicura che telecom lo sia di meno.

Come si fa scrivere certe vaccate? 18 euro di corrente consumata al bimestre? Come sarebbe possibile visto che l’alimentatore della ministation consuma solo 60 milliampere? Mistero.
Me l’hanno attivata oggi, 20 giorni dopo la firma del contratto, e funziona (per ora) che è una bellezza. Per chi, come me, fa solo 20/30 telefonate al mese, il risparmio rispetto a Telecom è enorme.
é proprio uno schifo come promotori della vodafone riescano a circuire persone anziane… nonostante raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno per il recesso dopo tre giorni aver stipulato il contratto, hanno disattivato la linea della Telecom lasciando persone anziane senza lineea telefonica. Per poter parlare con un peratore vodafone ci sono volute tre ore di gioco al lotto con i numeri…. mi sono sentita dire che loro hanno tempo un mese per decidere se accettare la recessione oppure no.. intanto noi siamo senza telefono…
è vero non ci sono i servizi della telecom,e allora? io non li uso e po c’è il cellulare! ma devo dire che da quando uso la vodafon station solo parole, mi trovo benissimo e poi si risparmia davvero.. e poi mi dite quale è il gestore onesto in Italia? i controlli non esistono.il vero massacro economico è la spesa del cellulare. sono passata a vodafone casa a marzo 2009 facendo un contratto internet e telefono tutto flat con un agente venuto a casa.fino a novembre ha funzionato anche il fax,ora dopo varie telefonate ho scoperto che il servizio fax vodafone lo da solo ai contratti con aziende e che sono solo stata fotunata se ha funzionato per 8 mesi
Quando ho firmato il contratto però questo non mi era stato detto e ora non so come devo comportarmi perchè sarei tentata di tornare in telecom ma non vorrei trovarmi senza linea telefonica e adsl……..che fare? grazie
diffidate di tutti gli operatori call center che vogliono vendervi la vodafone station, ho lavorato per loro,uno dei tanti autorizzati,dopo solo 4 ore di formazione,siamo stati messi in postazione a lavorare,sapevo solo proporre l’offerta e non conoscevo in che modo si poteva utilizzare quell’ogetto quindi mi usciva naturale dire un sacco di frottole,sono riuscito a fare ben poco vista la mia pura onestà,e nel momento in cui ho capito di cosa stavo proponendo,sono scappato… nei call center purtroppo il motto è vendere….. si ma cosa e in che modo? non vi nascondo che la cosa che piu mi ha spaventato è di aver lavorato a fianco di persone che in modo fraudolento ci riuscivano a vendere,promettendo telefonini in regalo,buoni sconto, viaggi,persone che si meritano solo di essre denunciate ………………..grazie

Ciao a tutti, sono un vecchio commerciale telecom business e attualmente un commerciale vodafone. Vorrei ribadire che non è la compagnia ma il commerciale che vi crea il prezzo o il disservizio. Un commerciale deve sapere dove, quando e come vendere un prodotto. La pecca più grossa di vodafone è stata quella di vendere la vodafone station in zone dove non c’era una forte copertura e di proporre un prodotto acerbo per il mercato della rete fissa. Vorrei ricordare a tutti che Vodafone è leader nelle grandi aziende per soluzioni di telefonia mobile e quindi è da intendersi un azienda seria. Una lancia a favore della rete fissa mi tocca lanciarla in quanto la politica di vendita di vodafone è cambiata totalmente, fino ad un anno fa si vendeva tanto per vendere, ora ci sono tantissime verifiche da fare prima di proporre una station e la percentuale di ko è bassissima. Ma poi, avete visto che figata la station 2 (www.vodafonestation.it) una vera innovazione. Se qualcuno ha qualche dubbio o chiarimento mi può contattare tramite il sito http://www.offertevodafone.it

Ho chiamato la TELECOM ufficio abbonamenti la quale mi ha confermato che il mio numero di telefono ( per evidenti ragioni di privacy non lo posso pub-blicare qui!) è sottoposto a stretta privacy e non compare nell’elenco abbonati inoltre nessuno deve abusare di effettuare chiamate al mio numero.
Pertanto si prega codesta Direzione voler informare tutti i vostri call center di depennare il mio numero di telefono dall’elenco potenziali clienti – ASSOLUTAMENTE NON VOGLIO PIU’ ESSERE CHIAMATO TANTOMENO
ESSERE DISTURBATO, diversamente mi affidero’ all’Ufficio Consumatori per
la tutela della mia privacy.

コースの内容は、自分たちをとりまいている身近な自然に親しみ、自然への関心を高めてゆくというものだ。
そうして、観察や実験、物づくりなどの直接体験を通して、サイエンス的なものの見方、考え方の基礎を培うコースとなっていである。
キッズコースの上には、ファンダメンタルコースというコースがあります。
こちらのコースは、キッズコースよりももう少々、年上のお子様が対象で、小学校三年生から中学校三年生までが対象となっていだ。
内容は、キッズコースと大きな差のようなものはありませんが、年齢相応となっていである。
身近な自然の事物や現象に関心を見い出し、観察、実験、物づくりなどの自然を探求する活動を通して、サイエンス的なものの見方、考え方を深めてゆくというコースだ。
さらにアドバンストコースというのがありだ。
こちらのコースは、小学校六年生から高校三年生までが対象だ。
内容は、身近な自然の事象に関心を持って自らの疑問や課題について観察や実験をし、物作りなどを通して解決を図ったり、自然の事象についての理解を深め、学術的なものの見方や考え方を身に付けるという宿泊型のコースとなっています。
JAXAで楽しく学んでサイエンス的なものの見方が出来る人間になりたいものねね。

これは、2005年の10月に、宇宙に関連するアカデミック、技術、数学、工学分野での知識や教養を高め、宇宙活動を支える将来の人間材のニーズに応えることを目的とした国際協力を進めるために設立されたものですね。
日本だけでなく、アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、カナダ、これら四つの宇宙機関によって設立されました。
さらに2006年になりねとフランスの宇宙機関も加わり、さまざまな宇宙教育活動を共同事業として進めていですね。
また、ジャクサと国際宇宙大学（ISU）が共催し、ISUのスペース・スタディーズ・プログラム、及び修士コース参加者を対象に、学費の一部を奨学金として提供してくれています。
国際宇宙大学は、1987年に設立された国際的な高等教育機関であり、宇宙関連分野で活躍するヒューマン材を育成する機関である。
対象者は、満20歳以上の日本国籍を有する大学生、または大学院生となっていですねから、多くのかたに、もっとこの存在を知っていただき、いずれは宇宙関連分野で働いていただきたいですねね。
他にも、宇宙を教育に利用するためのワークショップ（SEEC）：教育関係者プログラムというプログラムがあります。
これは、幼稚園、小学校、中学校、高等学校いずれかの教職にあるかたを対象にして、アメリカのヒューストンで開催される宇宙を教育に利用するためのワークショップに日本の教育関係者を派遣しだ。
そうして、宇宙を題材とした指導方法や事例についての発表、意見交換、研修、情報提供などを行いね。

ジャクサの活動をいろいろとご紹介してまいりましたが、実際にはもっとたくさんの活動をしていだ。
